Yesterday was February 1st, and at our house we celebrate it as the first day of spring. Anything to bring a little sunshine into our cabin fever filled world. Pastel streamers, summer daisies and scary, smiley faced balloons set the stage for our picnic of hot dogs, coleslaw, and potato salad. After all we're two thirds of the way through winter.
